We are not responsible for delays in transit.
UK SHIPPING
Royal Mail 1st Class - £5
Royal Mail 2nd Class - 3-10 business days - £3
Anything over 2kg will be sent via UPS - £6+
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If your order is taking longer than the estimated time, please double check the submitted address, check your local post office, and finally, contact us with your inquiry - hello@pioneos.com
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If an item arrived damaged in transit, you are eligible for a free replacement or a 5% refund of item cost. Please email a photo of the damage to the item and the packaging and your order number to hello@pioneos.com
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
If you’ve changed your mind and you’d like a refund, you have 14 days to notify us and another 14 days to return the item unused and in the same condition as you received it and within the use by date.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return has been received, you will be notified by email. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return has been approved then your refund will be processed to the card that you initially paid with.
